We are pleased to announce that on 14 February 2025 the "Race Around Poland" Foundation was registered in the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0001156114. Its founders are the co-organisers of the race - Mateusz Przygodzki, a legal advisor, who took on the position of President of the Foundation's Board, and Remigiusz Siudziński, an ultra-cyclist, who became a member of the Foundation's Board. The establishment of the Foundation is related to the plans of the organisers of the race related to the development of the event and its opening to other formats, with aim to, among others, the promotion and propagation of a healthy lifestyle, sport and active recreation regardless of age, sport and tourism in the territory of the Republic of Poland, endurance sports or teaching and popularising knowledge about sport, including endurance sports. This is great news for all enthusiasts of cycling sports regardless of age and advancement, because it means that soon we are going to announce what kind of activities and events we are going to organise additionally realising these and other goals of the Foundation supporting at the same time the development of Race Around Poland as a flagship, annual project of the Foundation and its founders.
As the creators of Race Around Poland, which for five years has been permanently inscribed in the calendar of the biggest and most prestigious ultra cycling events in the world, we are convinced, that thanks to the creation of the Foundation we will contribute even better to the development of physical culture in Poland and promotion of our country as an ideal place for practicing qualified tourism and cycling sports locally and abroad.
Realising the above, as of March 11, 2025. The Foundation took over the rights to organise Race Around Poland from the previous organiser, and the licence to use the registered trademarks of the race.

We have always considered Race Around Poland as a project with a mission and we created it as we would like the race of our dreams to look like, looking at it through the eyes of the participants as well. It's the apple of our eye and we want to continue to develop it consistently, but we also saw opportunities to increase the positive impact we have by opening up under the co-brand to other formats targeting different types of participansts as well." - RAP co-founder Remigiusz Siudzinski said.
