Race partners: VeloProjekt

Who are we?

We are one of the pioneers of the pumptrack industry in Poland and Europe.

We created VeloProjekt from a combination of our passion and professional experience.

What do we do?

Since 2013 we have been designing and building cycling infrastructure for daily recreation.

Our offer consists mainly of asphalt PUMPTRACK cycle tracks, or cycle playgrounds.

Since 2020, we have also been creating SKATEPARKS as a variety of pumptracks with concrete skatepark space.

We support our clients at every stage of the investment process, starting with the assessment of the location, analysis of the absorption capacity of the area and selection of the optimum size&shape of the facility, through the development of the necessary documentation, up to the comprehensive implementation of the project. We guarantee a smoothly run investment and a facility with proven and tested parameters.

Why do we do it?

We want to ensure the healthy development of children and young people and show an alternative form of active leisure.

We want to increase the accessibility of society to professional cycling facilities of the highest possible standard.

We also realise our goals by organising workshops, trainings or family picnics.

The mission of Velo Projekt materialises in everyday activities and in each built facility, and its validity is confirmed by the smiles on the faces of younger and older users, investors or administrators of our projects.

Why is it good?

The facilities we realise are the answer to the growing need for active time spent outdoors.

Our tracks are a combination of safe fun and cycling for all levels of cycling, and are designed for professionals and enthusiasts as well as for whole families.

Between competition seasons, they enable cycling disciplines to maintain fitness as an alternative to weight training, while providing an opportunity to stay in touch with the bike, practising familiarity, coordination and equipment control.

What is pumptrack?

Pumptrack is a facility which is used for recreation and the sport of the same name consisting in riding a non-powered and non-pedalled bicycle on a track of varying height and layout enclosed in a loop. Speeding and riding can only take place through the balance and coordinated movements of the user's body. The track is an innovative and complementary addition to recreational areas such as playgrounds, squares or parks. It provides the perfect combination of safe fun and cycling for all levels of experience.
