Race partners: Ultracup

The ULTRACUP (formerly the Polish Cup in Cycling Ultramarathons) is an initiative launched in 2016, the aim of which is to select the best long-distance cyclists racing on Polish roads. In 2022, a record number of participants took part in the cycle. Nearly 600 cyclists competed in two separate categories - SOLO and OPEN.

In 2023, seven organizers of the largest events confirmed their participation in the ULTRACUP series. The competition will start with the competition held in Pomerania - STAGES. In the following months, the following events will be held: Elbląg Marathon, Silesian Bicycle Marathon 24h Mszana, Thousand Lakes Ring, Race Around Poland, Lubuska Szosa and Roztocze-Polesie Bicycle Marathon. Up to four events in which the competitor will take part will be included in the final classification. In the case of participation in more events (five or six), the final classification will take into account the highest scoring starts of a given competitor.

In the 2023 season, two classification variants are planned to be launched: ULTRA (events over 500 km) and MINI (events over a distance between 250 and 499 km). Both at the first and the second distance, there will be two separate classifications - SOLO and OPEN - each divided into women and men.

ULTRACUP aims to select the best long-distance cyclists racing in a given season. The best male and female players in each category will be awarded with cups. An additional prize for the winners of individual categories in the ULTRA variant will be the possibility of completely free participation in the iconic event Bałtyk-Bieszczady Tour 1008 km non-stop in 2024, as well as completely free participation in the 4th edition of Race Around Poland 2024!
