Race partners: Ultracup

The ULTRACUP series (formerly the Polish Ultramarathon Cycling Cup) is an initiative launched in 2016, aimed at identifying the best long-distance cyclists racing on Polish roads. In 2024, the series attracted a record number of participants. Nearly 830 cyclists competed in two separate categories – SOLO and OPEN.

For 2025, six organizers of major events have confirmed their participation in the ULTRACUP series. The competition will begin with a ETAPÓWKA in Pomerania. The following months will see Maraton Elbląski, Śląski Maraton Rowerowy Mszana 24h, Pierścień Tysiąca Jezior, Race Around Poland. The competition will conclude at the Lubuska Szosa. A maximum of four events in which a competitor participates will count towards the final standings. If a competitor competes in more than five or six events, the final classification will be based on their highest-scoring starts.

As in previous years, the 2025 season will feature two classification variants: ULTRA (events over 500 km) and MINI (events between 250 and 499 km). Separate classifications will be held for both distances – SOLO and OPEN – each with a male and female division.

The ULTRACUP aims to identify the best long-distance cyclists competing in a given season. The top male and female riders in each category will be awarded trophies.
